Shipping Information: Products are not always in stock. Each item is hand made and takes time to complete, dry, fire, glaze and fire again. Shipping may take for 4-12 weeks depending on supply and demand.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Returns must be authorized by Karen Howell. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds will be in the same manner as payment after the product is returned in original condition. Cancellation of order must be within 24 hours of placing the order.
